School forms were sent home today , please return all papers by Monday 9-8-08

Today was a good first day . We got to know the layout of the room, I had each child read to me orally (one on one), and we did a small math worksheet

Only homework is Grandparent Interview which is due by Sept. 12th

Homework is given as a practice for your child to do at home. Please check what they have done. Stress neatness ,correct spelling and reading all the directions. Ask your child to explain how they did the assignment . This will give you an idea of how much they understand the assignment . It might also give you some ideas of the type of problems you can make up for them. Your interest in their work, will make them aware of the importance of the assignment.
